I have just tried version 1.23 with Jenkins 1.547 on IE10 [Browser mode IE10 compatible view/Doc Mode IE7 standards] and I can now add the postbuild. This was not the case with version 1.20 with the same environment.
So it looks like you have fixed it somehow!?
