I have the same issue. I can confirm, that this regression first appeared in build 1.544, so I assume it is caused by the change "Avoid eagerly loading all builds when displaying lists of them (Build History and Build Time Trend UIs)." -
JENKINS-20892. Honestly, if this is the case, I would vote to remove that fix, as it is now worst, than it was before. I have increased the Priority to Major since this view is fundamental in the multi-node environment. We cannot track the time used for build on specific nodes, or even see which build run on which node.
