Matrix-jobs (children) are scheduled with same priority as the priority of its parent.
If the Matrix-children has the same priority as some other Jobs already in the queue then they will end-up after the Jobs with same priority.
Do you want matrix-children to get to the front of the queue if the parent is currently executing?
