Description:

The entry "Email Template Testing" shows up on almost all our jobs - also for not logged in users. Since we don't use other templates than pure html or text from inside the job configuration we don't need this feature at all. It only adds spam to our Jenkins a bit.
It would be nice to have this feature either toggable or as an additional plugin.
