Tried disabling security as described here

This helps, and I can start builds again
Reenabled security but again got the same CaseInsensitiveComparator stacktraces everywhere
Disabled Ldap and Matrix security plugins, did't help
I'm using the internal user database, but the user list is empty http://ci.company.com/securityRealm/
