What is missing is a way to rebuild part of a matrix (provided by MatrixReloaded) AND report the result back to Gerrit (and thus related to GerritTrigger). Normal Retrigger will update the vote in Gerrit if the result changes upon rebuild. What we would like is to have to rebuild only the part of the matrix will didn't succeed and then have GerritTrigger update the vote if it passed on retry.
