Seems to be a duplicate of
JENKINS-24589which has been fixed in 1.593. However, build history is still not showing correctly, since all HTML tags in the build description seem to be ignored now. For example, we put links to test results into the build description, so that users can get to them directly from the build history. Now, we'd need to first go to the builds status page first, which displays the build description correctly.
