Changing the tab titles shouldn't be complicated. All hard-coded strings in main.jelly should be replaced by a method call on instance of AnnotationContainer (as this is already done for the package/module name header). Then individual plug-ins can override TabDetail class (e.g. this is done in tasks or dry plug-in). Interested in providing a pull request?
Adding additional tabs is not that easy. Here I need to investigate in more detail on how this can be achieved...
