This is a terrible bug. It brings down the jenkins server entirely if enough people are looking at build graphs and the work is deeply queued. Every time a graph is blocked, a worker thread is locked up forever until jenkins runs out of worker threads, or the work completes (assuming the work itself hasn't hung).
