Perhaps its not clear in the documentation, but the current Checkpoint Post-build Action does just that. If you've taken a checkpoint before the build, then after the build the post build action simply runs the 'si addprojectlabel' command. Since this is current behavior and is exactly what you've requested, I'm going to close this issue.
