Intermittent for the same job? I'm assuming you've re-saved all jobs after installing 1.31 and done a full build once or twice before turning loose polling? Data pre-1.30 is not compatible with 1.31, so while I've made it easier to keep your configuration, you really need to rebuild to create new cache entries.
