Indeed, I started using java.nio.file.Path in the latest commit, and it looks like it converts file paths to the current file system's syntax.

Jenkins' FilePath should be able to parse any kind of path, so I believe this is only a failure of the tests. It shouldn't be too much trouble to change them to succeed no matter the file system.
