If a work around is to hit `<url-head>/<jenkins-job-name>/lastCompletedBuild/testReport/history/countGraph/png?start=0&end=100` ... why not just update the Project Job page to use that??
Also, now that
JENKINS-24380is done and out the door, worth revisiting this sucker? Even if matter of swapping in the workaround png?
