Steven Christou resolved as Fixed   In Manage Jenkins > Configure System and in the advanced section of the LDAP configuration is the option to disable email resolving called: Disable Ldap Email Resolver. This has been in the LDAP plugin since 1.2, so I am marking as resolved.
