How to force a job on a slave to use a specific JDK version - quick question

Hi 

We configured 2 JDK versions on Jenkins but we don't know how to set the 
slaves to use a specific JDK on a job we're interested in.
Other jobs use the other JDK and how does the slaves know how to invoke 
that JDK version ?
