There's a problem with the wiki and that page I see lots of exceptions trying to load up https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Plugins#Plugins-Artifactuploaders, which is where that plugin should be shown. If you add a random query parameter to the URL, like https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Plugins<https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Plugins#Plugins-Artifactuploaders>?a=a, then it will show up, so it might be something wrong with the caching that the wiki has.
