Hello,

As I'm having some problems with the Credentials plugin (can't add
specifications to a credential domain), I want to upgrade to plugin version
1.9.4. I have Jenkins installed via apt package (1.547) and the Credentials
plugin seems to be pinned to 1.9.3. When I try to unpin it, I get this
error:

Failed to unpin:<html>

How can I get around this?
