I would recommend using the extended email <https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Email-ext+plugin> plugin. start with this script <https://github.com/jenkinsci/email-ext-plugin/blob/master/src/main/resources/hudson/plugins/emailext/templates/html.jelly> and change it to meet your needs.
