I'm only somewhat familiar with Jenkins, and I need to learn how to do something like this:
"Define a job that monitors an external gerrit server for approved artifacts, and when new artifacts are produced, download them to a location on the Jenkins server." Eventually we will perform additional automation on the artifact, but just getting it downloaded is enough.
