Is there a way to Build in Visual Studio/TFS 2013 so that the build happens there, and then call Jenkins afterwards, but pass the changset. Basically to make it identical to doning the tfs plugin poll/build, but the build happens in Visual Studio so the devloper can initiate a build, see it in TFS, and then can later deploy to dev via jenkins (but it has to have the changeset in it).
