It turns out that the first line above for additional credentials was the correct one:
<https://my.server:443 <https://my.server/>> Company SVN Server: Authorized Users Only The reason it wasn't working is because the default Jenkins install is configured (in Managed Jenkins -> Configure System) to use 'Subversion Workspace Version' 1.4.
