I have un-installed and re-installed Jenkins twice from scratch. I installed the MSBuild plugin and some others and Jenkins shows them as installed. The Jenkins service is restarted, but the plugins do not appear in System Configuration.
Tried a reboot of the system and nothing. This is Jenkins 2.36. Has anyone had this problem. I've ran out of options.
