I believe I've seen this subject on the web, before. This "Bill 602P"
supposedly is meant to enact a law that would create a system wherein free
email would end. I am suspicious because all proposed bills are preceeded
by a "H" for a House originated Bill or by the letter "S" for one
originated in the Senate. I just received yet another "flash" email message
to spread the word to my friends and lawmakers not to let this Bill become
law. Is this another urban myth?
