I just found out that 2 of my cousins were there Tuesday as volunteer fireman
SWMBO's cousin was scheduled to go to New York last week to help in the rescue work (he's an ER physician in BC, but at the last minute they cancelled the team. No idea why, but either they have enough help on site now, or more saddening, they feel that there is less and less need for doctors as time goes by. It must be like working the Blitz in London in the second war!
