While getting ready to put 73 JH away for winter, started car with hood up.
One carb leaks gas when turned on.
This car hasn't been driven much since major re-build from fire that caused
it to sit in barn for several years. Carbs are from donor 74 and were
re-built.
Our retired mechanic is making a house call next week.
Any words of wisdom appreciated.
Add truck terminal mechanic at North Bend, WA. to the list of good guys.
On way to Olympia; thermostat in XJ6 stuck. We barely had time to admire
his MB 450SL before we were back on the road, with modest outlay.
