I don't know what size the wheel is, but take a look at

That wheel was on the car when I bought it, and is relatively flat.  
I'm 6-feet-2 (187cm) and getting in and out of an Int with the 
standard wheel is difficult to say the least.  Having the smaller 
wheel makes it MUCH easier.  I also like the thicker grip a lot better
than the stock wheel.  The best I can figure, this wheel was a dealer 
option, since it has the Jensen logo.

Also, it should come as no surprise to note that the temperature guage
is beyond the halfway mark!  :^)
