If the rotary has been street ported it can pump out in the neighborhood of 200 hp, bridge porting can bump it even higher, but makes idle and low rpm performance suffer. Don't forget that a rotary is very light and that can be a marked acceleration and handling improvement. I have personally witnessed a 500+ hp rotary powered MG Midget,,, awe inspiring.
