Given that there have been about 20 emails about this book, and no one has bothered to
even name it, I'm going to. This will hopefully end the endless questions about the
URL line below.

Giarratano, G.D. Riley, PWS Pub Co, ISBN 0534937446, 644 pp for 2nd edition.
An earlier email suggests there is now a 3rd edition.
