What Luke, Larry, and Gerald -really- want, I suspect, is a tutorial,
with a series of small well-described examples. I'd love for such a
thing to exist, and I've invited any would-be tutorial writers to step
forward on more than one occasion. I'd gladly help however I
could. Unfortunately I don't have time to write such a thing myself.
