The Jess Manual is a (continually revised) version of an official
Sandia Labs publication, number SAND98-8206. So you can use
Friedman-Hill, Ernest J. "Jess, the Java Expert System Shell," Sandia
National Laboratories report SAND98-8206, 1997.
