JESS: Problem with JessEvents

I am using Jess6.1a4. Just to note that the problem with using 'clear' still exists in this version. Also I have noticed that after a clear action I no longer receive any 'definstance' events, instead I start to
receive fact retracted followed by fact asserted events when a definstance is modified.

As previously suggested I am setting 'watch all' after a 'clear' action.
