The latest version of Jess, the programmer's rule engine for the Java
platform, is available for download at the usual location:

        http://herzberg.ca.sandia.gov/jess .

Version 6.1p3 is a minor bugfix release. From the change log:

        Fix a problem with side-effects executing multiple times
        while resolving overloaded methods (thanks Chad
        Loder.) Fix an incremental reset bug (thanks Maxim
        Tretyak.) Binary version works with Java 1.2.2 and above.
