The latest version of Jess, the programmer's rule engine for the Java platform, is available for download at the usual location:

From the change log: Fix a problem with side-effects executing multiple times while resolving overloaded methods (thanks Chad Loder.) Fix an incremental reset bug (thanks Maxim Tretyak.)
