How to implement this kind of interpreter and how difficult? Could you
explain in more detail and give me some suggestion?

My understanding is that these are specific logic *languages*.  
Therefore, the answer is "no", Jess doesn't directly support these.  
That's not to say that you couldn't use them with Jess -- you may  
have to implement or embed an interpreter or translator of some kind.
