PETER versus JUDAS - response to failure, mistakes - repentance versus self destruction. [PITFALL] JAMES AND JOHN SYNDROME OF IMMATURITY AND HUMAN AMBITION 1. Matt 10:35-41; Matt 20:20-28 - Biblical record of their request. 2. Personal position and power versus seeing and serving vision of the leader. 3. Serving versus mastering . ministering versus ministering versus managing. 4. Greatness and authority in God's kingdom versus Satan's and world's standards. 5. James, John and Peter versus Judas, Lucifer, Achan, Ananias and Saphhira. 6. Over-zealous family members can cause ministers to do foolish and immature things. 7. M's of Motive and Maturity were out of order.
