The new registry service interface for the client is the same as the old one.
The RegistryEntry and PortletEntry changed somewhat, I usually simplified the
interface and hide "implmentation" objects like MetaInfo and Parameter.
All in all, converting all the Jetspeed code from registrymanager to registry
took me about 30 minutes, so it should not be that hard.
