The PSML format has always supported "nested" panels and portlets, even mixed at the same level.
However, I found very difficult to implement a customizer UI that would be powerful enough to allow you to include panels/portlets abywhere yet simple enough so that users don't need to be trained to use it. Now if you have ideas or mock-ups of a UI design, I'm definitely interested. -- Raphaël Luta - [EMAIL PROTECTED] Jakarta Jetspeed - Enterprise Portal in Java http://jakarta.apache.org/jetspeed/ > -----Message d'origine----- > De : Raffaele Ragni [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Envoyé : jeudi 19 septembre 2002 18:06 > À : Jetspeed Developers List > Objet : A thing i have noticed on PSML > > > Hi, > i dont know exactly if that problem was already brought up, > anyway i'll be short. > When you are in PSML manager, you can add portlets or panels; > now, only one of these is > allowed, but i have noticed that if i change display mode > they change, and i can add the one now allowed before > and returning to first display mode i have succesfully > inserted an 'unallowed' thing. > Now, i think that these things should be allowed both, isnt it? > I am asking if they can be both allowed in the same time, so > PSML managing would be better. > > Thanks. > > > |- Raffaele Ragni < [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > |- Tel 071 2900854 / Fax 071 2908551 / Cel 333 3659770 > |- CONE Sistemi Informativi > > > -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
