I added an html portlet to the portlet browser. I set the permissions to anon. I created a user account, logged in as that user and tried to add the portlet to a page. When I click the add portlet, the portlet I just created doesn't exist. Is there an additional step I need to take to make this portlet viewable to users other than admin? Thanks.
