It would be very nice if the property file merging (Jetspeed plugin) allowed
multiple 'services.VelocityService.velocimacro.library' property entries
similar to the handling of the 'module.packages' properties (in
org.apache.jetspeed.util.OverwriteProperties).
A better solution would be to find a flexible solution for adding multiple
entries or simply just forcing a line add.
