Cool. Sounds good. I'll recompile it today and reinstall. BTW, is there a goal for removing the JetSpeed installation from Tomcat?

I ran into the same problem when I downloaded the latest and compiled as you are doing. What worked for me, is to the build the Gems project inside the Gems folder on its own first, and then go back to the root folder and build the rest of the project without running the "clean" goal.
