Primary Key violation on SECURITY_PRINCIPAL because OBJ hi-low sequencer out of
sync
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: JS2-212
URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JS2-212
Project: Jetspeed 2
Type: Bug
Components: Persistence and DAO
Versions: 2.0-dev/cvs
Environment: Windows2003, Tomcat 5.0.28, Oracle 9i
Reporter: Ate Douma
Assigned to: Ate Douma
Priority: Critical
Today we encountered a primary key violation when trying to create new users
(using the User Admin Portlet).
It seems the OJB hi-low sequencer was out of sync with the database although we
hadn't modified the
database directly.
Restarting Jetspeed solved the problem and I haven't been able to reproduce the
error yet.
I set this bug to Cannot Reproduce but keep it open for future information.
If anyone else encounters this problem or has more information please comment
on this issue.
