A 'mailto:' link inside the <url> tag of the *.link files is treated like an
relative path to the portals base. This avoids to define mailto links like
'[EMAIL PROTECTED]' within the jetspeed navigation definition. 'mailto:' links
should be treated like absolute URLs.
