Attachment: LayoutResource_en.properties
The LayoutResource_en.properties provides localized strings for the
layout-help.vm template.
It should be placed in the directory
layout-portlets/src/java/org/apache/jetspeed/portlets/layout where it is
referenced by the layout-portlet-portlet.xml.diff patch.
