Summary: UserDetailsPortlet doesn't "see" newly added roles until
after logging out and in again (was: admin portlets user management)

I've checked and confirmed this issue, although you don't need to restart the
portal to "see" the newly added Role: you just need to logout and login again ;)
I've updated the issue summary to better reflect the issue at hand.
