IfaceData is a class which represents one interface in a network. Now customer
has 73000 interfaces approx so they have these many objects created. To
calculate network health we need all interfaces data to average it and display
it. We also show raw data for that interface. So IfaceData just represents one
inteface in OVD. Also this class doesn't have nay complex algorithms and just
have some getter/setter methods. We will need this information for health
calculation hence its there in memory.
