Fix For: 2.2.1
Use of '.' to separate fully qualified ContentFragment and PortletWindow ids
may interfere with use of same id for javascript namespace.
Fix for this may involve using a different, (or no separator), or
postprocessing the id to ensure it is safe for javascript use.
