A system property has been set to force cxf to produce logs into specified
logging configuration.
(org.apache.cxf.Logger = org.apache.cxf.common.logging.Log4jLogger, as directed
in cxf documentation website.)
However, if there's a runtime exception in the jax-rs service beans, the logs
are printed in system console.)
