A convenient metadata for preview image is provided, but the preview image path
should be a context relative path.
For example, with this metadata, we can set an image path like this:
<portlet id="BookmarkPortlet">
<portlet-name>BookmarkPortlet</portlet-name>
<js:metadata
name="portlet.preview.image">/demo/images/preview/bookmarkportlet.png</js:metadata>
</portlet>
I think the context path, /demo, should be removed in the confiugration.
Also, I will create an issue for apa-demo as well.
