If I have a file (lets say html) under WEB-INF/scripts/ what is the URL to that file?
I thought it would be relative to ${catalina.home}, which is the tomcat directory, but
I can't seem to get access. If I want a user to be able to type in
http://localhost:8080/jetspeed/<blah>/myindex.html
how do I do that?
