Hey again! When displaying the standard, not customized, Jetspeed root page (http://foo/jetspeed/) for the anonymous user (no login), the portlets don't have these three or for icons for maximizing, minimizing, etc.a portlet. But when logging in, these icons appear in the title bar of each portlet.
