Drop Down Menu in Jetspeed

I would like to have a multi level drop down menu in jetspeed
as new {controls}.vm file under 
jetspeed\WEB-INF\templates\vm\controls\html

Like: http://www.lakecountyin.org/index.jsp

Where can I find good one
